ODSL wants to honor our Coaches, Administrators, Referees and Volunteers who have given back to soccer in special ways! 

To do this we have created several ODSL Awards that we need you to nominate people you think would be deserving of these awards.

The ODSL Award Winners will be honored at the August 2012 ODSL Meeting and their names will be forwarded to VYSA for the 2012 VYSA Awards Nominations and winners will be honored at the 2013 VYSA Convention.

ODSL is seeking nominations for the following awards:

• Dave Milne Administrator of the Year Award
• ODSL Coach of the Year
• ODSL Volunteer of the Year
• Bill Brazzle Young Referee of the Year
• ODSL TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year

The deadline for all nominations is July 13, 2012.  You can either mail the nomination to the address on the application, email it to Lisa4socr@aol.com or fax it 703-910-6665
